Please help with these POST codes wont boot! :(

*sighs* my second 8800 card just turned up so I disconnect various power cables installed it connected everything back up then tried to boot.

Now all I am getting is the buzzer continually going off and the post codes cycling through

A0 C1 then 68 I have looked in the book but can not make heads or tails of it...

HELP please :-)

anyone know what those codes mean so i dont have to fully strip it down and rebuild?

It depends on what BIOS your motherboard is using?

PSU isnt up to it - despite corsair saying it is....

Are you saying that you have checked what the codes are, and that it means the PSU is underpowered?

ive had a look at the codes http://www.abit-usa.com/faq/common_ques_pop3.php

it looks like a bios corruption , which it recommends a clear of cmos and a probelm with lack of power or slow initialization of sata or ide devices.

just my reading of the codes.

actually make it a knackered second 8800 GPU I think

with them both in it would not book and it cycled those - so I thought I had better check it was not a duff snd 8800 swapped them over and it kept booting then hanging after max 30 seconds - tried everything.

Swapped GPUs over with out touching a thing and rock solid now.

Trouble is when I RMA it dont know whether to upgrade PSU or not! Think I will to be on safe side.
