Right.. im sorta out of touch these days with all these motherboard specs. Ill looking to get a new core 2 system in the next few weeks. Im havnt got a clue what to get. Im probably going to go in the ATI side on the graphics card unless someone tells me different.. and i almost defo wont ever have the money for a dual card setup. Can someone shead some light on what board is best for my gaming rig.

You've not really given us much to go on.

Are you clocking? Gigabyte DS3/DS4 or ASUS P5B series are probably the ones if you are.

Are you on a budget? Then look at the ASRock ConroeX-Fire eSATA II.

Need mATX? Then the ASRock 945G DVI is possibly the one.

There are dozens of these boards, each has strengths and weaknesses, but there will be one for what you want, you just have to be a little more specific
