PLease Help !!!!

I bought an MSI Z77 Mpower Mobo last weekend from OC

Im trying to reinstall windows 8 but cant, i just keep getting a reboot loop.

I get past post then see the windows 8 icon but it just restarts and does the same thing again.

So far ive tried the following:

Used an ssd and hhd both in different sata ports and tried IDE mode

Removed my graphics card and used onboard graphics

used brand new DDR 3 Ram (which is Corsair Vengance 8G CMZ8GXM2A1866C9)

used a new PSU

removed sound card

and made sure my system wasnt being overclocked

Also reset motherboard and updated to the latest bios version

does anyone else have any ideas why it keeps doing this ive tried for about 1 week now and still cannot get windows to boot

Silly question - You have set the BIOS to boot from the drive that your Win8 disc is in, haven't you?

Did you get just the board from OC or did it come with a chip bundle?

It was just the board and bought from OC

Are you installing in UEFI or legacy mode?

(You can normally tell from the boot menu, if you boot from the dvd drive with a UEFI prefix you are installing in UEFI mode)

Guys

Returned my motherboard this morning at OC they check the board and said the pins in the socket was damaged how I don't no.
They said they straightened them and fired it up and it booted into windows ok
I got it home and still keep looping

Does anyone else no what I can do?

Just an update
Took my mobo and CPU in, OC tested them and found my CPU was at fault
