Although if you read through that document, he's done his research - seems to be quite high profile too.

Well, if each page on his site is about 2Mb, the most users ever online on OcUk at once was a little over 1000. If we managed to get that many people online, and all visit his site at the same time, thats 2Gb of bandwidth gone, just like that. Click on to a couple of other pages...
