Still no more input from a Don? odd.

Probably saw the response and thought "Oh... ****."

That'll be the thread that quoted the news that Amazon will be launching their Digital Download Service in the UK in the Autumn.

oh, and just another thing. i'll have to change my location, because my university sell lots of software to students (the majority of it free, but some you can pay for). technichally that makes it a competitor of OcUK too, as you sell lots of software
just had a quick look around the OcUK shop at the other items they dont have too many of, and if this rule comes into force, we also wont be able to talk about:
- any clothing shops: OcUK sell the AMD baseball cap
- any fitness shops: OcUK sell the Wii fit step up pro pack
- any shop that sells backpacks: OcUK sell several backpacks
- anywhere that sells cleaning products: OcUK sell cleaning accessories for computers
- any retailer that sells paper: OcUK sells printer paper
- any shop that sells light bulbs: OcUK have some light bulbs in stock
- any shop that sells cameras: lookie here, two cameras sold by OcUK.
- any mention of places/people that sell house alarms: one OcUK house alarm

Suppose we should just pretend ***** doesn't exist...

"Just bought a new game from *****, it was similarly priced on ****** but having it downloaded digitally saved some time, I'm playing it using my new graphics card from ******."

Where do people buy PC compnents from again?

OcUK has an awful selection of badly priced PC games.
People discuss the latest games. People buy the latest games from wherever they want, regardless of what rules are extant here. People upgrade their rigs so they can play the latest games. Where do people buy PC compnents from again?
