Don't know if she's your first, if she is, some friendly advice: don't worry about asking friends/family/parents for help. My wife and I had an awful time trying to keep the house tidy and care for a baby, in the end, my parents moved in for a few weeks whilst we found our feet and it was a lifesaver!
