Been to our local Music place today. Got myself a great package deal on the following

Ibanez GAX30 in White.. Right handed

Marshall MG4 15 Amp

Strap, Korg CA Chromatic Tuner, Guitar Bag, 3xPicks..

all for.. £195.65+VAT.. So £225

The MG series are reknown for being horrendous.

However you have the new generation which are meant to be a HUGE improvement.

I don't like the look of your guitar but it has humbuckers and a fixed bridge so well done

I've got this tuner.. am I supposed to tune Flat? Sharp? Between the two? Confused

Your strings are named (thickest/lowest sounding first) EADGBE.

Play your low string, the tuner should display an 'E' and you need to get the needle in the middle and the green light lit, be careful not to tighten the string too tightly as it'll snap, or come off the tuning peg if you tune it too low, check youtube for a tuning guide for reference on how your string should sound. As it's come from a guitar shop your guitar should be reasonably in tune already. Be patient with tuning, it sucks and takes ages to begin with but eventually you'll be able to tune up in under a minute.
