• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Please welcome our new Underboss

I said this in GD, and I'll reinforce it here in GC:

Irrespective of his personal opinions (we all have them, and perfectly entitled to them) I expect full cooperation like I do for any member of our moderating team.

He will be moderating objectively and with impartiality.

The moderating team will be supporting him, and having had to spend a lot of time behind the scenes dealing with issues in this forum, I have full confidence in Gregster becoming an invaluable asset of this section of the forum.

This is not to stifle debate or differing opinions, but to keep the discussions civil and enhance the quality of this forum.

I prefer nVidia but that doesn't cloud my judgement on AMD and I am more than happy and often do recommend AMD products. I also love a good debate and that won't change but when people get personal, that is where it ends for me.

I have seen you post threads about new AMD tech that comes out (which annoys some of the AMD people that like to post that sort of thing first :)). I rarely see those people post Nvidia news unless it's showing Nvidia in a negative light.
In short, I think you're probably biased, we probably all are to some degree, but I think there are people much more biased on these forums.
I'd like to think though that even these people could put that aside to be impartial if they were in a position of responsibility that required it.
