Question.

How long would it take to uninstall a bathtub, sink and toilet, then install a new bathtub, sink and toilet in the original position?

It depends, it could be a few hours, it could be a few days. It entirely depends on the quality of finish and we’ll if all the pipes line up or not. They generally don’t.

The bath being the most demanding of the three by a long way.

Our plumber has just done a bath for us with some re-tiling and the bath itself he was done by lunch time, so depending on how close of a match your new stuff is to what's already there it should be 1 day, or if there's a load of faffing about to get stuff to fit 2 days tops I would guess.

Impossible to answer this question as it's subject to too many unknown variables.

If everything lines up perfectly and there's no tiling required then it'll obviously be way quicker than if it needs new pipework, the drain needs modifying, the tiles don't go low enough for the new bath / toilet, etc. A hundred things could make this a three day job or more.

New pipework takes 10 mins these days with plastic. Sometimes baths are sunk into walls, cowboys cut tiles around sinks/toilets etc which means tiling / remedial work to make it good takes a while.

without more information about pipework/layout/access/existing tiling/flooring etc - no chance anyone can give you any decent timeframe.

1 person/2 people/3 people?

Far too many things to consider.
