Hi all,

Just thought i would warn other users about plusnets antics at the moment and their wish to move people onto Tiscali LLU service. If you get moved and then you want to migrate out, then you may have to cough up for a cease and reprovide (pay £50 to get reactivated).

You need to be a plusnet cutomer to read that mate, although if your are from plusnet i would recommend reading this. Basically PlusNet are having a massive uproar on their customer support forums as they as just changing people to LLU and not telling them, and to top it off they are using Tiscalis LLU backbone, making things worse.

One guy went to cancel his line and PN wouldnt let him as they were in the middleof changing him to LLU, of which he knew nothing of. They really are amateurs.

Okay, well there has been aloty of beef about this and thankfully the top brass is having a meeting today to figure what the hell is going on. I asked the support desk if they were going to tell me before they change the me over to the LLU and they said they would give me 10 days warning and in that time if i want a MAC they will give it to me.

Plusnet have gone down the drain. I will be hanging on as long as i can until i don't have to pay the migration in fee (£14.99).
