Good afternoon folks :)

Moving into our first home on Friday this week. Want to get the internet organised as soon as possible. Wife is pregnant with our first lil'un and is getting heavier, so we will need to be able to shop for furniture and things online thereby reducing the amount she has to traipse around.

I went onto broadband choices and can see that PlusNet seem to be doing some good deals and they seem to get some good feedback. I have also noticed a newcomer to the broadband field - Primus Saver. Some very good deals with these guys too.

Anyone have any experience with either? Is the service consistent or are there regular periods of downtime or anything like that?

Plusnet.

I've only tried Primus line rental, not broadband. The customer support was good when a fault developed on our line.

Currently on both: Primus line rental (currently offering from £5.99p/m) and Plusnet fibre. All has been completely stable and cheap.
