pn5/e6400 overlcock help

Hi All , The credit crunch means no new pc for me for 6 months and i am looking to do a little overclocking .I have got new cooling for the cpu and would like some advice on my set up .I have an e6300 duo core @ 2.1 ghz with x8 multiplier , bus speed shows 266.7 .The only thing i need a little advice is with the Dram timimng , I can work out what to set the cpu speed to but looked around for a ferw days and not found what i am looking for regarding that . I have read that the bus speed cannot go up over 300-350 but would like to know what ram timming to use(does it staty the same or move with higer bus speeds) and the volts now read 1.313 v .

Any advice would be great as i am a little new to this
