To me, there is very little Q/sleeper content...the exterior is hardly unassuming. Even if you remove the wheels, it will still command attention.
The flange exhaust is a cool idea but to me a dead giveaway (should I be driving behind it) that it is far more than it seems...it's just "too" rough, imho.
edit: The above applies to me, driving in the UK. I have no idea what the majority of cars driven on the road in Poland look like.

If its actual rust, how do they stop it from transforming from surface rust, to potential car-destroying full on tin-worm?
You can 'preserve' the surface rust with ankhor wax or similar...As that car is, a rub down, primer and paint would have it looking minty mcmint.
If it is left in that state, it will progressively eat it's way 'in'.
But judging by the underbonnet pics, it was a fairly solid car to start with...So just keep on top of it and you should get a fair few years out of it.
