POE unmanaged Switch

Hi

I've got a noob question. At the moment I have an unmanaged 8 port non-poe switch box. I need to upgrade this to a 16 port switch as i'm adding two access points (with poe).

So my options are:

1. an unmanaged 16 port non-poe switch and just use 2 poe injectors to power the access points - not so tidy

2. an unmanaged 16 port poe switch. So, my question is this: given that i'll have both non-poe and poe devices attached do I have to manually configure which ports are poe 'live' or is it automatic.

Automatic. Only poe devices you connect to it will receive power.
