Point and Click Adventure Games

Best thing about Scumm is there is a version of it for my phone, so I can play a lot of these games on the move. Amazing to think that the 12-disk-tastic Monkey Island 2 is now a mere fraction of space on my M2 card and the hulking Amiga used to run it is now a drop in the ocean of my phone's processing power.
I love progress :D

Dont know if its your cup of tea but i liked 7th guest and 11th hour both great games
Ooh, that reminds me, you should check out 'Under a Killing Moon', that game was awesome (and pretty hilarious if I remember rightly!)

Monkey Island 1, Monkey Island 2.

If you play ANY PC game, ever.. make it these.

I've been playing games since I can remember... and I love games...

and if I had to take ONE PC game with me on that desert island, I'd kill myself deciding whether to take Monkey Island 1 or Monkey Island 2.

They are the epitome of fun, adventure, story, atmosphere. They stand the test of time (as long as you're not some moron who believes games must be running in 3D (judge the last Monkey Island game for yourself..)) as the programming and direction thrust upon the game structure is polished.

If I had to literally cram one pc game down somebodys throat, entirely against their will, it'd be Monkey Island.

Everything said so far + Blade Runner

Keep your eye out for Toonstruck, if it ever works on xp properly.

See above, I suggested Under a Killing Moon.
The more I think about it, the more I want to play it again!
