If people want to SLi their system, or need CUDA, at least they have the(very limited) option to upgrade now.

why bother? Sell the exisitng 295 for ~ £250 here or ebay for £300+ and put that with the £425 and buy twin 5870's. Not much performance difference and cooler, quieter, eyefinity, dx11 etc etc.

Quite possibly, but in all seriousness Nvidia pricing is a bit odd, but we sold all our cards. That's what we do.

Very nice there, I do like Nvidia cars, but some people must really like Nvidia and really hate ATI.
