Pointers for an Ext. HD

Just looking for a few suggestions really. I currently have a Maxtor 500GB 'something-or-other' external HD which is big, noisy, slow and needs mains power. So really, I'm looking for a replacement.

Spec'ish:

- Small/compact
- USB powered (not mains/AC)
- 250GB minimum
- Less than £100 if possible

Any suggestions would be welcome .

Try the WD My Passport Essential 320GB - £75 from a high street store. I've got the 160GB and I'm very impressed.
