Pointless Attack on Traffic Warden

The victim was walking along a road in Leicester when three men began harassing him.

To me it looks like they are walking away when the warden approached them.

Just commenting on reporting, not condoning the attack obviously (before I get jumped on).

They spat on his note book as they walked past, he challenged them over their behaviour.

Then he was an idiot to. He was out numbered and you're never going to reason with the type of person that spits at you.

Just let it slide and walk away knowing you hold the moral high ground. Then he could have reported the incident to the police.

I should be outraged... but this kind of thing is so common now in the UK (unprovoked attacks, not necessarily on traffic wardens) that it has ceased to be anything of note, and I barely even blink. I'm Just glad I don't live there and have to physically see that kind of stuff any more.

Hmm.

Thread title is a paradox

Was just thinking this! :p

Looks more like they spat on the pavement at his feet to me (scummy but understandable behaviour). Not pleasant, but the "victim" should have known better than to respond.

Lol, now why would estebanrey be trying to defend these scumbags?

Lol, I don't see how he's defending them. He's merely stating the facts and approaching the situation from a logical point of view

You are correct it was their fault for challenging someone for being a poor excuse for a human being.

So we have come to the point that we should let people do what they want to us in fear that we will be attacked?
What a miserable state of affairs. :(
