Police call at work = Tony filling pants

I've had Police storm into my office and sieze documents.

Probably my own fault for refusing to fax/post them copies for 3 months. :)

The police were 1 day away from issuing a warrent for my arrest, when I missed two court dates.

They had sent all the summons to the wrong address (a new house that was currently empty) Only when someone moved in, and handed the posty the mail, did a summons arrive through my door. I went straight to the police, and they acted like it was nothing!!

I hope you didnt give out any information since it would be against the DPA - your company should have a DPA Officer and you should have referred the DC to them or advised them to speak to their Liaison Officer to arrange getting a request for such confidential information.

Fail TBH.

i think the thread can be summed up as 'the op got a little excited since he spoke to the police about something which effects the company he works for'
