Love em, usually have a pickled jar in the fridge and will eat them until I can't stand it anymore*. Gonna pop to the deli in a bit and get some of their awesome olives stuffed with whole chillis.

*and then have some more!

As others have said, it's not about making things ridiculously hot. Chillies have their own flavour and having heat can really add to a dish.
 
Chillis are good, but I certainly wouldn't say the hotter the better.
Some dishes wouldn't work at all with chilli, others suit a little heat and a few work well with a good, hot chilli.

Maybe read the thread and then you wont need to question it?

Also to answer the OP, yes I love chillies. Not too hot that I cant taste it but I do tend to use a lot of chilli. Even bung it in things like spagbol to spice it up a bit.
