If the surgeons' have had a good day then covered enhanced boobies can look great. But I can't stand what most jobs do to the nipple and areola. I don't like the feel of them either *shudders*.

Natural for the win.
 
It completely depends. Overly false ones are pants. Decent false ones that just keep the shape and lift (rather than reshaping and lifting) look more than fine.
Real ones droop in the end.
 
Real. Can't stand fake ones, thoise horrible looking american style jordan boobs actually make me feel phsyically sick. The thought of having silicon embedded in the skin is part of it but the size is also a bad thing, it doesn't look natural, you might as well be shagging a silicon doll.

Real and usually around a b/c cup.
Don't like boobs too big.

its not everyone who goes crazy on the size or the lift. i would bet the majority of boob jobs are for more normal sizes.

the whole idea still makes me feel physically sick though, I'm really not a fan of plastic surgery.
I can handle gore, it's not that, but its the whole idea of it.
