Polo Shirts

The only thing that is special about the 'custom fit' polo is the logo, which you pay a premium for. RL's 'slim fit' on the other hand is a rarer fit to come by in other brands/generics.

Custom fit is their slim fit, or it at least used to be...

Got a couple of pretty green ones. Good quality and decent length unlike most polo's that fit like a crop top after a couple of washes!

Found a shop in Sheffield doing 30% off so worked out about £35 each which is more than reasonable.

One warning about TH polos I got one recently and it was ridiculously tight, bearing in mind this was size XL and the majority of my shirts are L (for example I've got a RL polo in size L which is a much more comfortable fit).

I'm sure for people with a ripped physique it looks great with a trendy tight fit but just something to bear in mind if you are carrying a bit of a belly. Can't bring myself to buy something two sizes 'too big' :)

Good point made above about some polos being too short. I got a nice one in Burton's recently which is a decent length, I hate shirts where if you raise your arms above your head they come up above your waist line :/

RL seem to be a bit of a rip off in the UK, I got mine in Macy's in NYC. I don't think I would ever pay £40+ for a polo shirt.

What Polo's and shop?

got a load of TH polos from my time in canada and none seem to have worn particually well. Also they seem to make me sweat more than most other polos :(

I've got a few Lacoste polos but not paying the prices anymore. Tommy Hilfiger are really good quality and last for years
