I've just bought a house which has more bedrooms that I need so naturally I decided to knock through two of them and create my man cave.
Every man cave needs a pool table so I'm looking for advice on which one to buy. I'm looking for a decent quality one so can anyone advise on any particular brands to consider?

Ayahuasca is 100% spot on. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about in this matter more than most and the Supreme winner is by far the best table for English 8 ball. It's the table used in most clubs and at nearly all the pro tournaments, including the WEPF world championship. I would go for the 7ft table with black pearl finish and green cloth. That seems to be the cleanest and most stylish looking one I think.

It also might be worth asking them how much they can throw a set of pro cup balls in with it. They are better balls, look nicer and play far nicer than standard balls. And if you do get them, the cue ball hasn't got measles, its supposed to look like that!

How big is your room. A 7ft table ideally needs 16X12ft of clear space for unrestricted cueing.

Jealous. When's the OCUK meet at eidolon's? Supreme Winner table is great. They have them at a pool club near me and they are great. Much better than the other tables. @eidolon, they had them at The Hustler Pool and Snooker Club in Newcastle when I visited last year. Could try before you buy. It was the tables in front of the bar.

Great stuff, I'll take a look at that one.
The room is pretty big, about 9m x 6m I should still have space for the Mame arcade and fruit machine

Another vote for Supreme Winner, get a green cloth on it. As said, it's on most of the tour tables and almost every county venue I've been to use them.

We have one at home and it's been perfect for years.

Came to say Supreme, beaten by everybody else saying the same thing. There is a reason that all competitive UK 8 Ball is played on Supreme's, fantastic tables.

Need advice. I'm looking to choose best 7ft pool table for garage. Budget very cheap 300 to 500 pounds. So non slate and a table that isnt slow.

Which do you think would be best out of these 2 below. BCE Black Cat 7ft table (I'm told is slow) ............or the Air King Mahogany 7ft table. (Not sure if fast or slow) Links to those 2 tables below.
