Thats exactly what he is telling you, the Video Memory hold caches and holds info and wont let it go, Pressing Control+ALT+Del will MIN the game and have you back on desktop, this frees up the memory and then you can resume game again for a while.

Nvidia promised a new driver to fix in July.

I know it says ALT+TAB btw.

According to NV forums it's been knocking about for a couple of years!!!!!
NV have now admitted the issue and are supposed to be fixing it...............

yeah... a fix was supposed to be out this month...well, they have about 4 days and counting

im now firmly convinced that i'm only having such problems with this game because of this 'bug' as it runs at 50-70fps for the first 2-5 mins, and then seems to hit a wall, and is especially bad after the first game. this also occurs for me (to a much smaller extent) in company of heros, but not in insurgency or BF2...which don't seem to use as much Vram
