Hi Guys

i need to find a website, can be corporate or non-profit making company that has a poor website on which i could comment on their current use of internet technology and make recommendations for.

it needs to be a fairly well known company as i will need to find out and report on the company itself.

i cant really seem to find anything after searching, currently going through an A-Z of airline websites, trying to find one that doesnt allow you to buy from them and find other information, as i think i could make many recommendations for a very poor airline site

any input much appreciated

thanks guys.

I thought Spie himself had acknowledged it needed a redesign?

It is very industrial though (I.e. functional but not pretty)

I thinks its one of the better sites i go to :)

Have u tryed a car manufacturers site? Quite often you cant find what you want on them.
This site could do with a major redesign imo http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/

yep thats pretty awful, but not a well known enough company so i could write about their strengths and weaknesses(company itself not website) aswell.
also site doesnt allow me to talk about the companies marketings etc

gonna be tough finding one :(

I thought Ariel would be pretty well known. Their cars are even getting put into PC, PS2 and Xbox games.
If you send them a fax or call the number on the site they will/should give you an email address so you can email them back and forwards.

fast loading, easy to navigate, straight forward, no flashy gimmicks, etc etc ;)

Exactly why I like browsing through this site to look for stuff :D
Easy to find, fast and clear :)

Still could be easier though. Not saying that it isn't now, but it could be improved.

I think thats the idea, its better than any other computer website iv ever shopped at, to the point where i dont even bother checking competitor prices nowadays, blind loyalty and all that. Ok, i do every now and then, but unless theres a big saving involved, i stick with OcUK.
