Popup Menu - Please Help

Hi all,

My wife went on the B&Q website last night and I really liked how they did their popup menu, Gardens, room, decor etc...

I'd like to build something similar myself for the school website I work on.

Can someone tell me how it was built, just looks like css to me but not entirely sure.

If you google search "mega drop down menu" you should find plenty of tutorials. Here's one at SohTanaka.
