I have been tasked with reporting to my director with port useage on our networks, we have fireboxes on each site but the reporting doesnt seem to do what I want, basically I have to setup a log and report on what machines are using what ports on a daily basis, free or commercial ideas are welcome.
So far I have looked at the likes of portqry etc but telling mem if the port is in use is no good, i need some sort of way of logging what port and the destination ip address etc. Help!
