portable hard drive recommendation

Anyone a recommendation for a portable hard drive please? Need something thats bullet proof. 500gb or smaller. USB3. Thanks.

I use the Western Digital ones and they work very reliably.

Or you could just buy a cheap one and a protective case like this

@The_Baron - been reading some reviews on the WD passports. This what u got? Generally good but apparently the data is encoded so if the drive fails its difficult to get your stuff back. Do you know if you can get around this by not using the WD software?
