Is there such a thing? Looking for a way to format a USB pen using my work computer - but sadly admin rights block formatting via Windows.

Would rather do it via usb (I have 2 USB pens on me today, so was hoping to run the utility from one and format the other!)

Hirens can be booted from USB.
