Ports do not want to open, help for hosting with games

Hello, as per title, I can not for a life get my ports open:

I try to host @ port 4661, to see my mates ip get blocked in my routers IP 2 minutes after in the router log.

Any idea's ?
For p2p I just use upnp as that works but manual port forwarding never works oddly.
Trigger ports don't work either.

I think upnp conflicts with manual port fowarding, at least some places i read state this.

What's the point of the first shot? Forwarding ports doesn't change what ports the router answers to from the LAN. Nothing looks wrong with what you've set in the router though.
uPnP doesn't conflict with manually forwarded ports unless the app is trying to forward the same ports.
