Posh Cheese Thread

We had the grandparents looking after the kids so did L’Enclume in the evening, Rogan & Co for breakfast then rinsed the cheese shop on the way home. What a weekend that was.

The last time we went to L'Enclume, we had lunch sat in Unsworth's yard with a selection from the cheese shop and beer from the brewery - happy days!

Just visited Monkland dairy near Hereford. Lovely blue, smoked and white mould cheese. Also bought some Stickleton (sp?), love that cheese.

Casu Marzu. Not tried it but it looks delicious.

I'm biased but I love the Cheddar they make on my aunties farm, luckily I always get free blocks of it too!
