Position table right to the top & bottom

Hi.
I wish my table to start from the very top of the page and finish at the very bottom.
As you can see : Link there is a small gap at both ends.
Can this be fixed?

I appreciate tables may not be the best in the long run.
But the site I am working on is something of a one off and so I think a "quick fix" is more practical than me learning code (I am currently using frontpage)
