Hi people! Just a quick question here. The pc that i put together for a mate out of my old stuff when i upgraded a year or so back has recently died on him. He started off by havin trouble with his ps/2 mouse, basically it just stopped working, the his ps/2 keyboard went as well. He bought a new wireless usb set which seemed fine for a little while (couple of hours on all accounts) but then the pc suddenly just shut itself down and wouldn't boot again. My First thought was mobo but he said there was a strange noise coming from the psu. I've now taken it and could hear the psu making a weird noise so have replaced that with one that i know works fine. PC still won't boot up so i'm now back to thinking the mobo has gone for a burton.
Anyone have any ideas?
The ram boots fine in another pc, just gotta get the cpu out to try it a bit later.
