Oh well, low Asic should enable higher voltage than what you got. 
It's voltage locked if that's an issue.
Iirc, martini has one, I'm sure he's flashed the bios with the WF GHz bios, which would give you higher than stock voltage, ask martini.
A WF 7950 or 7950 Ice-Q is a better buy tbh, both unlocked voltage and both perform almost the same as 7970's-you will never notice unless you bench, while costing less.
