Hi,
Having got an excellent PC built for my lad last year I've finally got the OK to replace my rather ageing Q6600 Linux box. I looked at option for just upgrading bit but I think it's time for some new kit! I've not used this one for games as it was set up to use 4 monitors and just run Linux for general use. But I'd like the option to play SOME games with any new PC. I MAY consider dual boot if that is the best option but would prefer not to. So basic requirements are:
Budget: £600-800
16GB
Dual Monitor
Linux based - so graphics and WIFI need to be supported.
Able to play some games! I understand there are various options to make this possible?
Or am I better dual booting? Though would still like the graphics and Wifi to work under Linux.
NB Has to be Wifi as my PC is in the attic and router is downstairs!
Apologies if that sounds a bit vague but I'm really open to suggestions here.
Thanks in advance
Andy
