Possible official name for the NGP

i actually like the codename NGP... Pity they dont use that.. I can honestly say that if its as good as the PSP when it came out then who cares if they call it the PSNGPWONDERBOY?

Indeed. Though I'm looking forward to "Gran Turismo Portable" being shown before the console is released with promises of it being a launch title, complete with screenshots of GT5 with the watermark in the bottom corner saying "Gran Turismo Portable". Yeah that's gonna be great, especially when it finally gets released 4 years later and turns out to be an arcade mode with no real structure and only three opponents.

Prob is how can you call it NGp, next gen portable, when it comes out? Wont its name change to TGP (this gen portable) or CGP (current gen portable)?

given that i got a ps3 for wipeout hd (and is still the only game i play on the ps3) il gladly buy the NGP for the next version

You can also play people on their PSP from the NGP, cross platform play on wipeout sounds fun.
