Possible (probably) PSU issue

Recently my machine has been powering down and restarting randomly. Now it has escalated to pretty much trying to play any game.

I was overclocked on by CPU and GPU but dropped them both back which initially stopped the reboots (I assume AC:Origins was the issue) but now I can't load AC:Origins and just firing up E:D on the rift did it as well.

It's not a blue screen, literally all lights go out on the PC, then 4-5 seconds later it turns back on.

MOBO and RAM recently replaced due to a BIOS issue, PSU is the oldest component in the machine which I've just realised is about 10 years old...

Gut says, PSU is unstable. Any other opinions?

i5 6600k currently at 4.3 (was 4.7) ~2 years old
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 ~ 2 months old
Team Group Dark Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 ~ 2 months old
EVGA 1080 ~ 1 year old
Corsair CX750M ~10 years old

Was kinda taken back when I realised how old it actually was. New EVGA 650 GQ installed, AC:Origins launched but was only a very quick test so hopefully that's it sorted. Here's to another 10 years of PSU life!

10 years old is well outside any expected lifespan for cheap capacitor PSU - 5 years is the longest warranty I've seen. Replace it.
Now it's correct.
Corsair CX has always been cheap PSU despite of Corsair hype.
But just can't find any ten years old CX750 models so suspect actual model is something else.

And best PSUs have 12 year warranty.

Was it that bad? I actually won it in a competition so I guess I got my moneys worth in the end!

Good news is not crashing and back to previous clock speeds after a few hours gaming.
