11.49 * 4% * 2/365 = about a quarter of a penny.

I suggest you write a strongly worded letter at the first opportunity!
 
Well I'm glad everyone elses payments to PTI Europe made sense.
As I said I hadn't used this card so when I saw it on my statement and did a search on google it appeared at first this was some sort of scam, hence why I posted here.

I queried it with my bank and have now had the amount refunded.
 
PTI Europe is a number of companies that had the description changed recently... likely stores are...

AOL, Amazon...

I know about it because our call voumes at work went through the roof!!! (LloydsTSB Fraud)
