Possible to access the Mac partition in boot camp?

I know you can in parallels, I've tried MacDrive but it tells me that its unable to use the mac system partition.

All I want to use it for is my iTunes collection and stuff when I'm in windows

Windows cannot read the HSF+ partition unless you use something like MediaFour's MacDrive.

Nice, anywhu to answer your question maybe you can create a FAT32 partition with your music on it that the two OS' can share?

I missed that entirely! If you make your windows partition larger and store your iTunes there (NTFS for read only*, FAT for full control from within OS X)... otherwise you are stuffed.

MacFUSE seems to be almost the last step to mounting NTFS drives [with RW privileges]

Putting your music on a FAT/NTFS partition will mean it doesn't work with Spotlight.

Spotlight works just fine with my MP3s on a FAT32 disk.

Nope, haven't set anything special up, it just indexes the drive. AFAIK SpotLight will try and index just about everything it can read automatically.. which is annoying when you have betas on one partition and it keeps pulling back applications from the wrong version
