You'll be alright without another intake fan especially as you have no GPU in there. It is a valid point though and you should consider getting one at some point but it won't cause you major problems without it right now.
If you buy a retail Intel CPU the bundled heatsink has a thermal pad stuck on the bottom of it so you just put the CPU in then clip the heatsink on and job done.

Dare i say some snobbery regarding AMC's? The gaming rig in my sig uses the stock HSF and doesn't run hot and its cramped as hell in that case.
This is an office pc, stock intel HSF will be absolutely fan.
