Possible to raid 0 setup?

I have an m4 128gb plus and ocz 60gb

z77 sabertooth board

Just wondering if i could set these two into raid? One is sata III the other is II

I dont like have mutiple disk drives so would like them both merged into the one until i can afford a 256gb M4

any thoughts?
