At the moment, I've got a Zotac Geforce GTX 460 AMP card. Should i think about upgrading? Or will this be ok for a bit longer? Any suggestions for upgrades would be welcome also! ( I don't have loads of money to spend on this though lol).

Does it perform as required? Only you can answer that. It's generally better to upgrade when you need to, rather than when you want to. There will be a more noticeable improvement that way. If it is doing a satisfactory job then in the meantime save up for when you next purchase.

buy another 460 and run in sli? aslong as you can pick one up cheap
A 460 is generally still considered a capable mid-ranged card that overclocks well.
