Possible virus problem

Think I've got problems here.

I've just noticed 2 .sav files that I don't recognise.

D:\Documents and Settings\User name\My Documentsree.sav

D:\Documents and Settings\User name\My Documents\nn_ree.sav

Went into paranoid mode since AVG has never found anything, so I did a bit of searching and did a Kaspersky Online Scanner and it come up with a few things I don't understand.
I'll just post the important bits at the moment, I can post the complete log if needed.

setupneoaudio also has a ton of "Infected: not-a-virus:AdWare"

I have AVG and ashampoo so I'm quite worried about my secruity if something like this has got through, can any1 give some advice?

AVG is fine. Never had an issue with it in all the years i have used it.

I really don't understand how this got on my machine, I always update AVG, scan regularly, I also run spybot - search and destroy, which I thought detected Trojans, but none of them say anything.

I'm pretty sure I got that setupneoaudio.exe from download.com.

I think I'm just gonna backup everything to the infected drive and wipe the windows hard drive, reinstall windows and find another anti-virus.

Can anyone actually scan this setupneoaudio.exe for me? It would take a lot off my mind to know if it's actually infected or not.

Just did a scan of the file with a trial version of nod32 and also tried another online scanner, both said it was clean :confused:

Oh well, gonna do a format anyway, my computer could do with a fresh install.
