possible virus ?

i'm with adsl24 and keep getting this email from them:

Entanet (our wholesale provider) have received notification that unsolicited email is being sent from this account. This may be due to an open relay, misconfigured proxy, or a trojan or worm infected computer on your network. Would you please check your systems for any viruses or spyware infections. If you require any further information or headers from the mail, please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards ADSL24/Entanet

I've no idea how to solve this and neither it seems to they all they can say is i need to get my system checked by an expert and they don't seem to be able to give me any more information other than whats written in the above mail.
i'm sure my system is clear from virus's i've just had a new harddrive fitted and a clean install of vista 64 ,i'm using avast for my anti virus.

Try an online scanner such as Trend Micro
Failing that a fresh install?

Tried using Spybot and HijackThis to see if there are any malign influences on your PC?

i'll have a look at the links thanks guys, the thing is they are mailed me on several occasions about this and i must have had at least 2 fresh install so i'm pretty sure my machine is clear, i need to get it sorted tho as they are threating to cancel my subscription unless i get it sorted out.
