Been having the odd system reboot and crash to desktop on my system I've yet run to run memtest

Reason for me pointing the finger at the ram is since disabling xmp it seems to behave itself but when enabling xmp it starts crashing again I've tried manual setting the ram speed to 355 and crashes then aging to 3455 I think is the setting and crashes are less

System is over 3 years old the CPU and GPU are just under 12 months old and have been running great till now

Bios and drivers and windows all up to date

CPU 5700x
Mb MSI b550 mag mortor
GPU red devil 6650xt
Ram 32 gig Corsair vengeance

Any ram you guys could recommend for my setup

Thanks

Windows has an inbuilt memtest if you don't want to fart about with usbsticks and the like, just type "Windows Memory Diagnostic" into the start menu, it'll launch on next reboot and you can select different options like how many passes and test difficulty etc.

Don't have any ram recommendations for you though, since I generally just go with whatever the maximum CPU supported level is, and that stuff is generally cheap anyway.

Didn't know that cheers mate

Is that 2x16gb or 4x8GB sticks? if 4 then test going down to 2 sticks.

2 sticks of 16 gig
