Have a friends PC to sort out over weekend and I think the hard drive is dying
Its making a lot of thrashing noise just after doing a clean install with the hard drive activity light comming on a lot too - its really noisy
Its a WD2000JS 200GB Drive - and when installing apps seems very slow
Ive done a smart test and thats passed ....now running an extended test to see if that shows up anything using WD Lifeguard tools
Ive a got a new drive comming so am tempted to just take this one out totally.....any thoughts or any other tests I can do??
