Me and my mates do an annual Christmas pub eve crawl. Usually start from The Monument around midday and work our way into town, visiting about 8 pubs in total. One year we thought it would make it interesting to start South the River...I didn't join them until the Left Bank but from what i've heard, it was ROUGH down there!

Haha it's not that bad. Maybe for you northsiders! It has calmed down a lot, especially in the Broadleys with the new owners.
