I was horrified playing it on the wii... whatever happened to just holding down -> nd pressing A??

i won a parrot, (i wanted the whale, i got enough points for a "giant" toy, but apparently a parrot is giant, and a whale is "colossal".
and the refillable drink cup thingy. and my handbag.
No idea what it is like on the Wii, i've only had it on the Mega Drive
you can turn into a drill or something?? I gave up after 5 mins and played mega drive sonic on an emulator on my mac

It's my favourite game on the SNES! Soooo Gooooooood!
i only had a snes for a while, could never really get into it once id got used to sega. I played starwing a lot, but thats it!
