I'm looking for a PCI-USB card. the type that is green with 11 pins on the short part

Like the green card shown here. 11 pins on the short side. Not 7 pins like the black one.

11 pins! like the green one. (and of course notch on the side the pic shows)

both those pics show a 5V 32-bit PCI card.. I think. But, the green on, 11 pins, is the kind I want

And I am looking for a PCI-USB card. Like that.
