what am i ment to do with post error 69 its asking me to turn on L2 cache, but not booting so can change bios setting.... lol

any advice?
its the system in sig

I don't know if this will help but maybe try removing the ram and try one or two sticks at a time.

because of triple channel think you need two sticks of ram in

I have tried the slots one at a time and i will go to a pals house and use his ram latter. Is this defiantly a ram problem?

L2 cache is onboard the chip

just looked in the manual, couldn't see anything relating to enabling L2 cache under BIOS section, is this a new build?
Tried reinstalling CPU?

don't know if its a ram issue, was trying to think of something to try and troubleshoot that can cause issues with PC's booting.

I doubt its ram related

ram is usually c1 error on the led clock

checked for bent pins? could need f12 or later f13 beta bios idk

as for ram tried with only one stick in second slot from cpu socket to front of case?

doesn't work like that on older x58,its only if main bios gets corrupted it auto recovers from the backup bios and even then its a little flaky, and chances are the backup bios will be older than the one on the main bios chip

only way to update bios is to try an i7 920 and flash that way

EDIT it will boot with just one ram stick in any of the white ram slots,if you can test with some Samsung green ram I know that works as I tried it in mine
